Magnetic levitation air compressor is a high-tech industrial product integrating mature technologies such as magnetic levitation, frequency conversion, high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor and high-speed impeller. The active suspension magnetic bearing can keep the compressor rotor in the best position. The frequency conversion technology realizes the low-current start-up and intelligent adjustment of the compressor in all working conditions. The application of high-speed motor and high-speed impeller realizes high efficiency of the whole machine, small size, light weight. Compared with the traditional air compressor, the magnetic levitation air compressor has no gear speed increase, no lubricating oil, small vibration, low noise, and can save energy by about 20%.
